International Moni cashes in Goodtimes Trot

Riding the cover of his stable-mate Shake It Off Lindy (H-Crazed), International Moni (H-Love You) swung wide into the stretch to chase down tempo-setter Enterprise (H-Chapter Seven) to win the $251,000 Goodtimes Trot on Saturday, June 17 at Mohawk Racetrack in 1:52.4 over Mass Production and Seven And Seven (H-Chapter Seven). Owned by the Moni Maker Stables, trained by Frank Antonacci and driven by Scott Zeron, he paid $7.60.

On Sunday, June 18, Vernon Downs hosted the finals of the Empire Breeders Classic. In the $228,250 filly final, Barn Bella won in near wire-to-wire fashion over Celebrity Ruth and Sunshine Delight (H-Credit Winner) in 1:51.3. Owned by Steven and Nancy Pratt and Purple Haze Stables LLC, trained by Steven Pratt, and driven by Jeff Gregory, she paid $3.10.

Devious Man (H-Credit Winner) strolled wide of his rivals and cruised to a four-length victory in the $252,000 boys final in 1:52.2 over Bill’s Man (H-Credit Winner) and Stick With Me Kid. Owned by Story Inc. and Andy Miller Stables, trained by Julie Miller, and driven by Andy Miller, he paid $4.70.
