MSOA TO LIVESTREAM ADIOS FINAL, PARTNER WITH KDKA-TV

By Evan Pattak For The Meadows Standardbred Owners Association

WASHINGTON, PA, June 29, 2021 — For the second consecutive year, The Meadows Standardbred Owners Association (MSOA) will produce and offer a livestream of the July 31 final of the Delvin Miller Adios Pace for the Orchids — this year with the participation of an influential media partner.

For the event, the MSOA has joined forces with KDKA-TV (the CBS affiliate in the Pittsburgh market), KDKA.com and the station’s popular program Pittsburgh Today Live.

In the weeks leading to the event, the team will support the livestream with television commercials, social media promotions and stakeholder appearances on Pittsburgh Today Live. The digital buy will include betting sites FanDuel and DraftKings to encourage and facilitate the opening of on-line wagering accounts and betting on the Adios.

The livestream will be seen on Meadows Live! and the MSOA’s YouTube and Facebook channels. Based on last year’s data, the livestream is expected to reach approximately 60,000 viewers across all platforms.

The show will be hosted by a team including Gabe Prewitt and Dawnelle Mark, MSOA director of marketing, and will feature a two-camera-with-teleprompter set-up, pre-produced and live interviews and tosses to The Meadows announcer Jeff Zidek and the live racing feed.

To help sponsors take maximum advantage of the large, involved audience, the MSOA has created three levels of sponsorship:

·      Major Sponsor, with multimedia package: $5,000

·      Race Sponsor: $1,000

·      Segment Sponsor: $250
