Minor movement in Top 10 in Hambletonian Society/Breeders Crown poll

Hightstown, NJ — Little changed in this week’s Hambletonian Society/Breeders Crown poll as only two horses in last week’s Top 10 were in action.

Test Of Faith won the Courageous Lady for 3-year-old female pacers with a track-record-equaling performance at MGM Northfield Park and remained No. 3 in the rankings.

Hot Mess Express won the Indiana Sire Stakes Super Final for 3-year-old female pacers and improved her position by one, rising from ninth to eighth.

There were no newcomers to the Top 10.

The Hambletonian Society/Breeders Crown poll does not determine Horse of the Year. The members of the U.S. Harness Writers Association vote on all Dan Patch Award division winners plus Trotter of the Year, Pacer of the Year and Horse of the Year.

The final poll will be Nov. 30 following the completion of the Grand Circuit season.

Rankings based on the votes of harness racing media representatives on a 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 basis.
