Super Chapter, whose sire Chapter Seven was fourth in the 2011 Hambletonian final,

took the lead past the opening quarter and went on to a 1:51.1 win in the second

Hambletonian elimination on Saturday (July 26) at the Meadowlands. His final quarter

was 26.2 and he prevailed by a length and a half.

As a 2-year-old, Super Chapter won multiple legs of both the Kentucky Championship

Series and New York Sire Stakes and captured the Kentucky Championship Series final

at The Red Mile. He also took a Grand Circuit event at The Red Mile, then was fifth in

the Breeders Crown final and was second in the Valley Victory final, both at the

Meadowlands.

Super Chapter heads into the Hambletonian final with a five-for-five record in 2025,

having also captured his New York Sire Stakes and Empire Breeders Classic divisions

at Vernon Downs, the MGM Yonkers Trot final at MGM Yonkers Raceway and his

Stanley Dancer Memorial split at the Meadowlands.

Super Chapter’s dam Lifetime Pursuit won the 2014 Hambletonian Oaks final.
