On Nov. 22 at the Meadowlands, what was a serious challenge in the stretch of the $500,000 Breeders Crown Two-Year-Old Filly Pace didn’t last long for Jk She’salady.
Tim Tetrick asked for more from the prohibitive favorite and Jk She’salady dismissed Sassa Hanover to win in a track- and stakes-record 1:50.2. Bettor Be Steppin left quickly and got the lead, cutting the first quarter in :26.3, while Jk She’salady sat in fourth behind Heart Major and Southwind Roulette.
