Emoticon Legacy captured the first Hambletonian elimination on Saturday (July 26) at

the Meadowlands. The favorite in the race, Emoticon Legacy took the lead in the

backstretch and finished out his 1:51.4 victory with a 27.3 final quarter to win by a nose.

Emoticon Legacy had four wins in seven starts as a 2-year-old - a leg of the Millard

Farms Series, his William Wellwood Memorial elimination and a Champlain Stakes

division - all at Woodbine Mohawk Park and his Breeders Crown elimination at the

Meadowlands. He was sixth in the Breeders Crown final.

Emoticon Legacy is four-for-four thus far in 2025 with victories in his elimination and the

final of the Goodtimes Stakes at Woodbine Mohawk Park and the Dr. Harry M. Zweig

Memorial at Vernon Downs.
