Minimal movement in Tuesday’s Hambletonian Society/Breeders Crown poll

Hightstown, NJ — There was minimal movement in Tuesday’s Hambletonian Society/Breeders Crown poll for Week 20, with the top-four horses unchanged and no newcomers joining the Top 10.

Confederate remained the unanimous No. 1, followed by Sylvia Hanover, T C I, and Tattoo Artist. Geocentric moved from sixth to fifth, swapping spots with Tactical Approach. Bythemissal went to seventh from ninth, with It’s My Show and Grace Hill each dropping one position. Alrajah One IT remained No. 10.

The Hambletonian Society/Breeders Crown poll does not determine Horse of the Year. The members of the U.S. Harness Writers Association vote on all Dan Patch Award division winners plus Trotter of the Year, Pacer of the Year and Horse of the Year.

Rankings based on the votes of harness racing media representatives on a 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 basis.
